At Zlozarinnyshunis, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VitalHerbaLife. This Return Policy sets out the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website at zlozarinnyshunis.world and is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the date you received your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part.
The return window begins on the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the product.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery;
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging;
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was received — undamaged, with all original seals intact;
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number);
- The product must not have been purchased as part of a promotional offer that explicitly excluded returns (if applicable).
3.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken (for hygiene and safety reasons);
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling by the customer;
- Products returned after the 14-day return window has expired;
- Products that are not in their original packaging or are missing components.
Please note that as VitalHerbaLife is a food supplement intended for consumption, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products for health and safety reasons, except where the product is defective.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Defective, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality;
- Not as described on our Website;
- Incorrect (i.e., a different product from what you ordered);
you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, regardless of whether the product has been opened. In such cases, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective or incorrect product and provide photographic evidence where possible.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your details: Include your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- Ship the return: Send the product to the return address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please do not send products back without first receiving an RMA number. Returns without authorisation may not be processed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer;
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit;
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the outcome of your return request. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product;
