5.2 Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and will receive an email confirmation. This email constitutes acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and dispatch the product.

5.3 Order Cancellation

5.4 Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. 6.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

The current price of VitalHerbaLife is $39.90 CAD per bottle (60 capsules). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your order.

6.2 Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders meeting the minimum order value threshold as displayed on our Website at the time of purchase. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be displayed at checkout.

6.3 Payment Methods

7.3 Shipping Risk

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

7.4 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we may charge a re-shipping fee or deduct the original shipping cost from any refund.
